Default Which is the newest legacy driver?

Hi

there are two sticky's in this forum:

1.0-9631 (legacy) for Linux x86/x86-64 released
1.0-7184 (legacy) for Linux x86/x86-64 released

I think that the newer one (9631) is for not legacy cards, or am I wrong?

BTW: A big THX too all Nvidia Linux driver programmers who keep up the excellent work!

There are two generations of legacy drivers. The 71xx series is the last one to support the TNT/TNT2/Geforce/Geforce2 (TI/GTS/Ultra/Pro). The 93xx series is the last to support the Geforce2MX/Geforce3/Geforce4(TI/MX).

So I must wait until the next release for my Geforce 2 Pro, which is runs in a MythTV BOX. IMHO you should give them seperate names

Thx for reply
