Default can i get 1900x1200 out of this card?

hi folks,

i got my below vga card as part of a dell workstation purchase several yrs ago.
in my startup, it says 1900x1200 is a future resolution.

i want to know if a driver upgrade will help me or i need a new card?

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34GL [Quadro FX 500/600 PCI] (rev a1)

note that i want to get this resolution due a monitor update,
i just got a viewsonic 23" (VP2330wb)
