Is there a quad core Q6300 coming out soon? If not I will wait till Amd hit with their K8l chips.

AFAIK, there's no Q6300, only Q6400 which will come out some time between Q2 and Q3 2007, according this this DailyTech article:

If by Q2 07 the quads are still having trouble w/ the FSB, I bet that will keep many from going to them. I don't want one that's going to top out at 2.9-3.0gHz.

The QX6700 is the obvious choice right now for those who can afford it. I've yet to see one go for less than 730$ though and that's just too much for me right now. I had a close eye on one I saw on ebay the other night that had 15h to go and was hovering around 200$. By the time I woke up the next morning it had shot up to 750$. They're just in too high demand to get one for a decent price.
If the Q6600 is only dropping down to ~560-570 by this summer then it leads me to believe the QX6700 will still retail around 700$ which is still too much. That's why I hope they fix the FSB problem soon.

For me it depends on Crysis performance, if my dual core couldn't run it at acceptable framerates, I'd have to pick up a quad, otherwise I would wait for 2nd generation quads to arrive before upgrading.
