Good idea, all we need while waiting for dreamscene is some good background videos... If you get the XP Bliss screensaver, you'll find a small avi in the zip. VLC's display mode deactivate Aero while playing the video, but at least we can have a little moving background now...

Oh, and BTW, animated gifs as backgrounds don't work under my Vista (they used to under XP at some point). Not that it matters much nowadays...

Question Re: Post your Vista desktop

Check this!

It's done by useing NO third party programs, or anything.
One day I turned on my machine and this is how my desktop looked like. It's still a mistery how it happened, or how to change it back, but I've grown to like it very quickly. The picture above is how my Desktop looks like after this thing happened, and I customized it a bit to my likeing.
This one has been shot right after the incident:

Can you reproduce it?

(If so, tell me )

I would assume you just need to switch the view from thumbnails to detail, but I'm not sure how to get that to reflect it on the desktop. I can't seem to find an option for that, maybe there is a hotkey to change views....

Changed again:

Someone asked where I was getting my wallpapers and I found the site again. I didn't save bookmarks before I installed Vista last time.

http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/i...ate&id=&page=1

Go through those ^, there are 110 some odd pages.
