Default How to debug no TV out on FX-5200 card

I am trying to use an NVIDIA 5200 card with Fedora Core 6 and the 96xx NVIDIA drivers to generate TV output as part of a mythtv unit. My 32" analog TV is connected to the 5200 with an svideo cable. When I boot FC6 with a LCD monitor also hooked up to the 5200 so I can diagnose what is going on, the TV and LCD monitor show identical screens until X actually boots (so this confirms that the TV is getting a signal from the card through the svideo cable), but then the TV screen becomes a uniform blue (presumably meaning no input) while the LCD monitor shows the usual FC6 desktop.

Can someone help me debug this: how do I get TV out to work? I include below the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file I am using.

Thanks,

Henry
