Default NVidia driver for Playstation 3

Dear Nvidia developers,

I'd like to buy a Sony's Playstation 3 and also to install Linux as it is possible. Thus, I'll be able to play with PS3 games and use the PS3 as a desktop.

I've read some information on the Internet and it appears that that "The Nvidia graphics card is not supported beyond framebuffer mode. This does not reduce the quality of the image, but does not provide accelerated video nor OpenGL support."

That's really pity since there is more and more graphical applications using OpenGL.

So I'm asking you if there is a chance to see my future Playstation 3 running OpenGL application thanks to a special Nvidia driver ?

Cheers
