Default Artifacts & xorg errors (Failed to allocate rop)

Hello,
i have some problems with my nvidia GeForce 4 Ti4600 Card and the Driver from NVIDIA.

Im not sure if i solved the Problem, because my Xserver is running at the moment after altering the modules.c file in my Linux Source Tree. Never the less, i had serious issues starting my xorg 7.1 with "nvidia" driver which didnt appear with the "nv" driver.

Here is a picture of what happens IF xorg starts "nvidia" enabled.

it happens to be much worse than that.

And herer is the Xorg.0.log which is produced while having those problems: see attachment
