Microsoft Security Essentials is free, works as well or better than any, and has a tiny footprint to boot.

i dont even have a AV program. and when i do download one. it dont find anything so i just uninstall it. but i will tell you what does work is this http://www.mywot.com/. maybe this is my i dont get virus

Never mind. Got Forefront Security Client to update and it works on R2 and was available on Technet as well.
Server 2008 R2 fends off invaders with sheer awesomeness.

I'm going to setup a server to play with. Thinking of just installing SBS 2008, I think it has Forefront too no?
