Default Sucky 3dmark06 score

Can someone try to help me figure out wtf is wrong with this score.

I am running Vista Ultimate 32

I just built this system and nothing is overclocked and I am using the latest nVidia drivers.

I have a eVGA 8800gts
Intel e6600
Asus p5b-e
2gb DDR2
Raptor 150g
Corsair 520w PS

I am only getting 7500 in 3dmark06.

What could be the problem?

There is no problem, that is a normal score.

I get 8738 with stock video but with my cpu clocked at 3.4Ghz (e6400).
(would be lower if my cpu was stock)

I get 10660 with video at 660/900 and cpu at 3.4

The highest I have seen is around 23000

Thats with 2 GTX's and one hell of an overclock on a quad core cpu (close to 5ghz)

But go by how games play, if they play fine. 3D marks core means nothing
