Default VISTA ACPI errors

I'm getting these errors in system event viewer

Go into Device Manager, select View/Resources By Connection and see if you can track down which PCI device does not have an IRQ assigned. Possibly you can have Windows force and IRQ for that device once you know what the problem device is.

there is no problem and all PCI device have an IRQ assigned

I think I read someone saying in another thread that this is related to the nForce drivers...

I'm using default nforce windows drivers, nvidia nforce 15.00 screwed my HDD

I get the same errors when i enable dual-lan (both 1Gb ethernet connections).

EDIT: Still getting it with or without dual-lan enabled.
