Never liked Q-Bert... mainly because I have no idea how to play it.

I love Qbert though I think it is more 50% nostalgia and 50% some saturday morning cartoon that was on when I was growing up more than the actual game itself.

Yeah, I really liked Q-bert. I had that game for the Atari 5200, I think it was. I like a lot of the classic games so I'm sure I'll pick that one up also.

Tekken 5 on 3/1 instead of 2/26? I just remembered this was supposed to be released today. After looking around, I found a post mentioning that PSN is usually updated on Thursdays so they thought it was strange that 2/26 was going around as the date. I think IGN is reporting it as 3/1. Anyway, unless they update PSN soon, it looks like 3/1 is the date.

Good, I will have handed in my 6 page paper(only got 1/2 a page now) on that same day. Last thing I need is another distraction.

Now if only playasia would get the damn arcade sticks in stock.

So addicted to Tekken 5, Game looks amazing at 1080p even if its just a port. It's not at the level of detail of Virtua Fighter 5m but it looks dam good anyway.

Its a great port. I missed Tekken 5 on the PS2 so I am really happy. It looks great, like magus said not quite up to VF5 but much better than a PS2 game. I like the fact that there is downloadable content you can "purchase" but with money you make while fighting it is an interesting touch.

I wish there was a training mode though. I only vaguely remember the controls of some of the characters and the ones I do remember I know had many more moves that I just can't remember at all.

Yeah the lack of a leader board and a training mode hurt the game in the long run but you can just keep playing the arcade mode... infinite continues rocks!

Think this is a port of the Arcade version, models look really high poly count.

It looked pretty good for being a port of an older game. I'm not very familiar with the Virtua Fighter and Tekken series of games but they seem a lot alike to me (from the little exposure I've now had to them). What are the differences?
