Default Linux, GeForce 6150 and Samsung 215TW?

Hello,

I am building a computer with an ASUS A8N-VM CSM motherboard which has DVI output and a GeForce 6150/nForce 430 chipset. I am only going to run Linux on it, probably Fedora Core 6. I'm also evaluating the purchase of a Samsung 215TW monitor (http://www.samsung.com/Products/Moni...Specifications) with 15 pin D-Sub DVI-D CVBS connector.

The question is, will Linux and this monitor/chipset combination be fully compatible with each other? In other words, is there any feature of that monitor ( HDCP...) that will prevent me from using it at its maximum possible resolution and image quality under Linux and through the DVI output? Is there any feature of that monitor which could not be used with this chipset, regardless of the operating system?

Sorry if the question is a bit confused, I'm still learning what all these "high definition" thing mean and what are their implications...

Any feedback is appreciated,
D.
