More ram is the best idea ,but for now since I dont have 80 laying around for another 1gb...

3 things come into play

1)read speed
2)write speed
3)random access time


if drive A has higher read speed and write speed, but slow acess time, then it will be slower from drive B that has slower read speed and write speed, but much higher access time

That's the one I have ordered for Readyboost.

I researched usb sticks for about a day and it seems that is one of the best for RB.
