I think the FW update (1.93) was just an update to fix issues with connectivity which some people were having, which I believe also fixes some of the issues with Warhawk (I really hope Incog. gets on the ball with fixing the server list and the stats updating horribly, my brother plays 10 minutes on a ranked server and gets to rank 5 and has been for forever now, yeah I am rightfully rank 3, but it never promotes me ).

I don't know why but I kept getting download errors when trying to update to 1.93 last night. My wireless was working fine on my laptop and I tried rebooting the PS3 several times, still no go. Hopefully today it works, if not I'll just do it from USB.

On another note, Sony really have been stepping it up with the demos. Seems like we're getting at least 3 demos every week. Let's not forget Ratchet and Clank demo is due out October 4th!

I was having the same issue. As soon as I disabled option to search for media servers (I had two running in another room), I was good to go. It may have been a coincidence, but it's worth a shot.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately I don't have the media server options enabled so maybe it was coincidence. I will try it when I get home from work this afternoon and see what happens. I really want to try the FIFA demo.

I thought the fifa demo was pretty nice, considering that I have no interest in soccer.

Pixel Junk racers dissappointed me, I though it would be a fun little game, but it really wasn't, at least to me.

I still haven't finished downloading Tony Hawk.

Confirmed on Sony's blog for the update later today:

We have two great PS3 demos this week:
• Clive Barker’s Jericho
• NBA 2K8

We also have a couple more add-ons. The first is a new vehicle for MotorStorm. This vehicle, the “Castro Capitano,” is not offered in any other MotorStorm bundle, and it’s only $0.99. There’s also a new Speed Master add-on for Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
