Angry Nforce vista x64 590SLI Driver + bittorrent = hang up and high usage of cpu and HDD

I am now using win vista ultimate 64bit , 2 weeks ago i installed nfroce version 15 driver and since then i could not use Bit Torrent downloading things . Did you guys encounter this problem? By the way NTUNEs x64 sucks!

Westgate 640GB x1
DVD Writers : 1. NEC DVD_RW ND-4551A
2. Lite-On DVDRW LH-18A1H
Mouse: (Microsoft + Razer) Habu
OS : Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit (Traditional Chinese)
Router: D-Link DGL-4300 GAMERLOUNGE
All stuffs are not overclocked.

Gaming Consoles :
Wii
PSP
PS1
PS2
PS3
Xbox360 + HD-DVD GamerTag:SolidSnakeHK

torrent works fine for me in vista using utorrent, downloaded knoppix dvd yesterday
