I don't know of one.

To be honest I absolutely hate the windows start menu, always have. It gets a bit better each time but it still sucks balls.

I've used Truelaunchbar for years now and I'm happy to say that the beta version for Vista is now up! Whoohoo!!!

http://truelaunchbar.com/beta/index.html

I've got all my programs, games, media etc all neatly arranged in nested menus on the quick launch bar. Every application's icon is a mouseover and a single click away.

Bye Bye Vista Start menu! I won't be missing you.

What do you use game explorer for other than to launch games from there????

The box art and the ratings it shows seem pretty useless to me.

To each his own I guess. Truelaunch bar is what the quick launch bar should have been long long ago. I'm surprised that Microsoft hasn't done a better job on the start menu after all these years.

Just ranting about it I guess.

Good luck with Games Explorer.

I assume you mean add the game with the box art image and all. In that case not that I have ever come across.

Just to add a game to the game folder is easy enough though as it's just copy/paste. I did that for my Dark Crusade game and it looks crappy but I kept it there for the sake of ease/organization.

I think for some games it will automatically download information and box art. For example, Oblivion shows me high-res box art when I make the icons huge, and I also get the ESRB rating.

The STALKER beta and C&C3 demo however, just show the shortcut icons.
