Debian "etch", just compiled my own 2.6.20.1. (I had to do this on my new core-duo machine because older kernels won't support my hardware).
NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-9746-pkg2.run Installs seemingly OK, boots fine, loads NVIDIA driver, verified in xorg-conf. No GLX seems to be loading, however. Doing "glxgears" gets: mike@localhost:~$ glxgears bash: glxgears: command not found mike@localhost:~$ Anyone seen this or could help me get glx loaded? Thanks, Mike |

I use kernel 2.6.20.1 with 9746 and has no problems.
Inside xorg.conf check if exist: Code:
Section "Module" Load "glx" |
