Either the MOMO or a Logitech Driving Force Pro. The MOMO was designed for the computer, and you shouldn't have any problems with only having 240 degrees of rotation in most games. If you want full realism, then you'll want the DFP because it has the full 900 degrees of rotation. I honestly don't ever have my DFP over 240 under most cases, since racing games it is really hard to steer when you have to go way under.

That being said, I bought a DFP because I figured I would use it as much as on the PS2/PS3 as I do on the pc. It's been a pretty sweet wheel so far, and I like the number of buttons on it. That is one of the biggest advantages of the DFP is it has so many buttons right on the wheel that you can program everything you need on it. When they make a G25 with the buttons of the DFP for the PS3, I'll probably buy one of those. (Hopefully they'll make one like that.)

The wheel is a big step up from the keyboard and even a gamepad. It makes the experience a lot more realistic and more enjoyable because you have much better steering and throttle control. You can't go wrong with either wheel and you'll be amazed at how cool it actually is once you start using it.

You know the car rental place where the game starts out? Go left towards the deadend and aim to the spot on the right side of the little wall, where the flowers are and thats where the jump is. You do need some speed (140+mph) and a car that doesn´t create too much downforce. I tried it with a W12 and barely reached the half of the fence.

Atari confirm that Eden are currently working on a patch for the PC version of Test Drive Unlimited which will be available in May.

With the patch Eden are working to address the following issues:

* Corrupted saved games (previously corrupted save games will not be restored)
* Game freezing / crashes
* Performance optimization
* In-game exploits


The patch will undergo thorough testing at Eden and Atari prior to release to ensure the quality. Further information will be available in due course.

I haven't had any performance or stability issues... only thing I would like them to fix is the sound. Sometimes the sounds are crackly on my X-Fi. Anyone else notice this?

I've heard a little crackle maybe once or twice, but not often at all. I've had the sound disappear once as well, but both were very minor. I'm running Vista 32bit without Alchemy. What OS are you running it on?

I'm running it on XP.

The crackles aren't consistant it seems. Sometimes it sounds good, sometimes I hear some crackles, and once the sound dissappeared from my rear speakers entirely (but the front 3 and sub still worked). After the race ended, the sound came back to the rear speakers.

Now I´m tired. I´m the only Mustang GTR in the Top50 too. Aphot (CoreBanshee) did also extremely well. Almost two hours before I managed this time he broke into the Top10 with a Lotus (the only Lotus in the Top100 I believe). Unfortuntely my time pushed him out of it again. Sorry bro.
