Snow on screen with BilliardGL and 9746 driver

I see brighter line segments on screen appearing sporadically. All horizontal and few pixels long.

My card is:
OpenGL renderer string: GeForce 6800 GT/AGP/SSE2/3DNOW!
My OS is:
FreeBSD xxx.xxx.xxx 6.2-STABLE FreeBSD 6.2-STABLE #0: Sat Mar 3 11:44:10 PST 2007 root@xxx.xxx.xxx:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386

Is this a known issue?
