Default 680i temps to expect, under different scenarios?

I was wondering if anyone has had idle or even load temps of less than 50 C w/o the northbridge fan (on the evga 680i, not overclocked)?

Has anyone had it at stock speeds with the nb fan at under 50 C load?

How much degrees C cooler (idle and load) would it be if you underclocked everything (except graphics cards) on average by about 10-15%?

Are you asking about the northbridge or southbridge temp? If you're asking northbridge, yes. Mine idled around 37-38C with the heatsink and fan on it. Southbridge, no. Mine idled at 55C.

Thanks. Answers from multiple people would be greatly appreciated just like the previous.
