Hey
I have a crt that does 1600x1200 @75 and have run it at 1400x1050 @ 75 before with a previous binary driver, not sure which though, same card. now i cannot get 1400x1050 @ 75 but if i switch it via nvidia-settings i get picture, otherwise i get a black screen( monitor light says on but button do nothing). As the log says i am runnig twinview with 2 resolutions but would prefer same resolutions on both. |

This looks like part of the problem:
(WW) NVIDIA(GPU-0): Unable to read EDID for display device CRT-1 Why are you using the ConnectedMonitor option? |

Why are you using the ConnectedMonitor option?
Please remove the ConnectedMonitor option from xorg.conf, start X with the following command: startx -- -logverbose 6 and then generate a new bug report is the problem persists. |

I don't see anything in the bug report that would suggest a problem. Which older driver last worked?
