I am using core 2 extreme 6800 along with ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775

neither, go buy a Swiftech Apogee GTX, a Thermochill PA120.2 with some decent fans, a small res, a MCP-655 pump, plastic tubing, worm drive hose clamps, a gallon of distilled water and some Pentosin and you'll be happier than you ever would be going with those huge HSFs

Right now the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme is currently the best air-cooling solution. I don't think they are available just yet, but they should be soon. The The Ultra 120 (non extreme) has been almost impossible to buy for a while so the extreme is probably going to replace it soon.
