Default RHEL 5 - Screen issues

Hi, all.

I have rhel 5 on my laptop and just installed the 1.0-9639 driver. The problem I'm seeing is that the rounded corners of my windows now have points on the and when I drag an icon it has the awful white box around it. Any suggestions for fixing that?

The laptop is an HP Pavilion dv9035nr with a GeForce GO 7600 card.

Thank you.
