Hi,
thanks to help from here I am using Twinview very happily - but with one small nit - when I start an openGL fullscreen app like bzflag, Google Earth or stellarium, it is centered on my screen. Which means it is split right down the middle between the two screens - hard on the eyes! is there any way to specify the app should run on only one screen? I am guessing, NO but I thought I would ask...Of couse I have an alternate xorg.conf which does not do twinview and uses only the DFP screen, so I can switch the conf files and restart X. But it would be nice to not have to do all that. thanks s.am |

if you can run your games in fullscreen, then yes. Check out the "MetaModes" option.
see, Appendix G. for further details. |
