I am using a GEForce 6600 GT using TwinView with 2 19" LCD monitors (1280X1024 each). I am having a problem with a bad aspect ratio in some applications like acroread. Has any one seen this type of problem?

For any one else having this problem I found out from the Acrobat Unix forum that this is a known problem with acroread 7.x and it will be fixed in acroread 8 due out in mid 2007.

If it were a CRT, I would recommend choosing a resolution of 1280x960. I really can't figure out WHY anyone decided on 1280x1024 for 4:3 monitors - makes no sense.
