Default MS sees Wii's as a childs toy

Guess no matter how hard Nintendo tries they will not be taken out of the kiddie category, even MS thinks most of the Wii owners are children.

Seems like MS agree's with Sony when saying that the Wii is not in the same league or comparable to what they offer.

I'd be willing to be money that if they took a demographic, the audience that is playing the Wii is on average older than the audience playing the PS3 or 360.

It's also hilarious how Nintendo doesn't even respond to these sorts of comments. All they have to do is point to the sales numbers. They do all the talking for themselves.

Nintendo themselves said they do not think that they OR MS/Sony are in the same category, and I never knew why people ignored it...
They said it, so its done. It's their console.

Ooooh yeah, MS and Sony are shaking in their boots...
Not.

And then they get a girlfriend/wife/kids, and they need a Wii again :P

Really the "hardcore" demographic is remarkably small. I just aged out of it. I don't have the time or the patience anymore, and to be honest, the games now seem too complex or hard for me. Even with first person shooters, I have to deal with selecting only a few weapons to take (often between 4 and just 2), the cross hairs expand, reloading, recoil, etc. But to be honest, I still fire up Doom 1 & 2 from time to time just because thats the most fun to me. Although Painkiller was a real treat. Don't even get me started on how RPGs are these days, or strategy games for that matter! To be honest, God of War had all the RPG elements I needed. Experience, upgrading skills, and the occasional new item (sword of whatisname). I used to have the time to invest in an RPG like Planescape or Baldur's Gate 2, back in highschool, when I had no job, no girlfriend, and stayed inside all day. Kotor is way out of my time investment range these days. And Supreme Commander? CHRIST! I got the game, but I think it's the nail in the coffin for RTS for me as far as I'm concerned. I don't have time to spend 3 hour on one single player mission!

And then when the 27 year old fanboys posting bollocks from their parents basement get laid they will realise the PS3 is not the best thing on earth.
