Default toshiba m200 not many resolutions..

I have a problem with there beeing not too many resolutions available on my m200. I got these resolutions available:
]$ xrandr
SZ: Pixels Physical Refresh
*0 1400 x 1050 ( 240mm x 180mm ) *50
1 1280 x 1024 ( 219mm x 175mm ) 51
2 840 x 525 ( 144mm x 90mm ) 52
3 640 x 512 ( 109mm x 87mm ) 53
Current rotation - normal
Current reflection - none
Rotations possible - normal left inverted right
Reflections possible - none

Actually I got only one resolution with the correct aspect ratio! The other ones look like crap, lower ones are very necessary to play games etc.

Shouldn't there be more? Like here:

The videocard in the m200 is a fx5200go, but when i use an external monitor is has the correct set of different screen sizes, so I guess this has to to with the nvidia driver being unable to detect all supported resolutions for my screen?
