Default What would you do if you see this?

What do you make of this?

First; focus on the backgound message. WTF does a Generic Host Process for Win32 mean?

Secondly what does that execption error mean???

.
.
.

After I saw these messages I formatted my PC but 2 days after I set up my dialup connection I started to see the Win32 Generic Host Process error message again ... some time after I connected.

Its Microsoft-ish for "something is messed up dude". Thats a crazy message.

Seriously, I typed in "0x5b86a3c0" in Google and got back tons of explaination for it. Have a look.

I'd look in the event viewer and see if there is more information as to what the error is.
