Guys just DON'T use Ubuntu-Kubuntu!!

It's pretty much a failure for me cause trying to be <<easy>> it lacks specific features that make a Linux distro natively LINUX!!
For example you cannot compile anything from source cause the GNU compiler 'make' is NOT installed by the default Ubuntu installation!!!
And many many other basic stuff for a Linux distro!!
If you want something with good documentation, full featured, easy and fully supported by Nvidia drivers overall(meaning no root privileges etc, nvidia-settings works out of the box) use openSuSE 10.2 and also try Beryl to see that Linux is NOT to replace Windows(Vista) but to VANISH them...!!!
If we all try to help Linux community one day Mr Bill will be unemployed and his windows will not conquer our computers and wallets anymore!!
