SFF computer

I am current upgrading my computer and i looking @ get a S939 or Socket 775 and i have come up with two different computers. Here they are:

Computer #1
EVGA 256-P2-N445-LX GeForce 7300GT 256MB - $69.99
ABIT IP-95 LGA 775 VIA P4M890 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $68.99
Intel Celeron D 347 Cedar Mill 3.06GHz LGA 775 Processor - $53.00
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 - $109.99

Computer #2
EVGA 256-P2-N445-LX GeForce 7300GT 256MB - $69.99
AMD Athlon 64 3400+ Venice 2.2GHz - $50.99
MSI K8M890M2-V Socket 939 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX - $56.99
COOLER MASTER DK8-8ID2A-0L 80mm Rifle CPU Cooler - $4.99
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 - $109.99

I don't play a lot of games. the only i really do i watch tv and burn music cds. And i don't want Windows Vista yet.

what do you guys think?

socket775.

leaves more upgrade headroom. socket 939 is dead.

also dont forget memory. LGA775 = DDR2 (i think some mobo's take DDR, not sure) and S939 = DDR.

the motherboard i pick out has Two DDR slots.

May I recommend Vista 64 oem instead of MCE and the cheapest core2 you can find.

the cheapest Core2 @ newegg is the E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz which is 155. I don't want to pay that much for a CPU.
