nvidia 6200 black screen on exit

Hi,
I have been experiencing this problem since 9631 driver version (9631is the last working). When I stop X server, screen turns black and "Out of screen" message is printed by monitor.
None of suggested solutions works for me (I don't use framebuffer at all).
It looks like quite common problem with N6200 chips, because I've found some people with exactly the same problem:

I'm using Asus N6200/TD 128MB, AGP
drivers from nvidia site
kernel 2.6.20.7

PS: I don't how to create nvidia-bug-report.log, because when this error occurs, I'm not able to do anything. But I will try it.
