If you don't have a floppydrive connected, A drive is your USB drive. Select it then hit enter to locate the file. Should work.

No, you don't need to reset the BIOS, as it remembers your old setting.

One thing I've noticed on a previous flash was that the EZ Flash program wouldn't recognize my old USB stick. My new one works fine, though.

Did you try format the old one using FAT16?

Not that I recall. And I'm not too worried about it, since my new USB stick works fine with EZ Flash.

Yeah, and a lot safer too. For some reason, flashing BIOS in Windows may kill the BIOS chip. Happened to quite a few people on the Asus forums.
