Default 3dMark2006: Do you have do give permission to run it in vista?

For some reason my 3dmark 2006 has the security shield on the executable and the shortcut and requires permission to run. It says an unidentified program wants to run, allow or cancel.

3dmark 2005 doesn't have this.

Does yours need permission?
