Sun sent me a Solaris Express Developer Edition DVD
When trying to install the OS on my system, the screen just displayed vertical lines, and then an error message said that the likely problem was that my graphics card was not supported, and setup could not continue I have just downloaded (using m$window$) a recent driver from nvidia's site that is reported to work with the gforce 6600 GT card. Given the error early on in the setup routine, can anyone tell me how I can install Solaris and the driver? ![]() |
