Doh - EBgames has the release date at 07/17 now.

I hope they get a Steam version, I dont want to bother with keeping up with all the patches, lol.

for some reason, now that Two Worlds is so close, i really don't feel like going back to Gothic III

To anyone who has played this game already (either in Europe or other means by which I will not ask), how are the mouse controls? I read on some forum that the mouse controls are not like Oblivion, but more like Neverwinter Nights 2. I hope thats not the case.

Oblivion defaults to head turning with the mouse.
NMN2 defaults to camera angle controls and such. Some may prefer this, but I hate it.

Storyline: Average
Voice Acting (English): Terrible
Scenery: Good (In the realm of Gothic3)
Characters: Many of them look goofy... just odd; or retarded
Controls: Cannot remap buttons to mouse... no mouse4/5 support. Mouse controls are pretty basic. LMB is default weapon attack, RMB is currently selected hotkey item (can use hotkey to use item or RMB for selected hotkey). Scroll wheel can be set to zoom in/out or scroll hotkey item.

An extra note on my 7800GTX, using AF is a FPS killer for me. I dont know why, but enabling 16xAF cuts my framerate in half, literally, which is a bit annoying. Its more of a hit than enabling AA.

Nonetheless, I'm gonna grab this at the store when it comes out

I'm seeing the same thing in the various forums I've been looking at for those that already have the game in Europe.

Well, if you have a Logitech mouse and use Logitech Setpoint you will be able to assign functions to any button on the mouse. I did that for STALKER and it works fine.

i don't know how people can complain about story, compared to Oblivion, at least Two Worlds have story, not like Oblivion that has almost no story, and ****ty.

voice acting ok, i will give you that, but you have to remember this is not English made game. This game was originally made in Polish, then translated to English, Spanish, German, French, Italian so far. Has about 10x more different spoken dialog compared to Oblivion. Currently being translated to 4 more languages (Japanesse, Russian, Portugesse and one more)
