From the anandtech link I realise the zalman 9700 is the best option from the options I have, actually it performs excellent bythat chart.

ultra-120 extreme is about 30g lighter then tuniq

Man those Kentsfields get hot. 1.3 v and they're as hot as a heavily overvolted Conroe.

My old Zalman 9500 on my E6600 could take up to 1.5 vcore while keeping load (Orthos) temps at 60!

I have to sell off most of it (Im keeping my CPU ) and had to resort to my old rig because someone broadsided my car and it bent the chassis. Said it was unfixable.. so I gotta continue hunting for a new car. Lookin at another Chrysler or a Chevy Camaro.
