Just has a previous Loader slipstreamed , so it's no big news.

I think OEM copies are quite reasonably priced to be fair, better value for money than Windows has been in the past so even the proud pirates are paying out for this one.

Be interesting to see MS figures 12 months down the line, bet they aren't the doom and gloom story the anti-MS brigade have been spewing.
QFT. I think the OEM copies are priced reasonable. Ecspecially considering you won't be upgrading your O/S for at least a few years.

i dont see any gloating or braggin in the OP, do you?

the truth is... ppl will continue to try and crack Vista (and probably will succeed). tbh, i have no idea how to stop software piracy. ppl will just keep doing it and doing it and doing it. really for no reason at all.
kind of sad. like computer viruses. such a pointless waste of effort.

Microsoft is doing really well, contrary to what the anti-windows crowd wants us to believe.

If you read slashdot, you would have thought microsoft would have went bankrupt seven years ago. Every year they talk about how less people are using windows and more people are using linux, this year is the year of linux on the desktop, etc. It never stops. But neither does microsoft.

People who make games at the same time need to design a good game. People end up having to buy the games for the MP. BF2 sold as many copies as it did because it was simply MP. Thats not to say you can't put out a good SP game. If its good most mature people will buy it. People who use the News Groups, Torrents, and other sites to obtain free copies of these games most of the time feel that if its good enough once they try it, they run out and will buy it.
