Default Re: Shadowrun released - not DX10?

CaptNKILL, I've been playing Shadowrun for a couple days now. I also noticed that while the instant match feature works, it takes a long ass time to find a game. Looks like it's not platform related either so, hopefully that will get fixed.

Other than that I've got in a few good hours of playtime with both pc and 360 players and this game seriously ROCKS!

If anyone wants to hit me up on live for a game of SR my gamertag is INdescript

I'm playing at 1600x1200 with 2xAA, 16xAF (high quality), max settings and vsync off. 2048x1536 with no AA gives me some mouse lag so I had to turn it off.

Offline with bots I get 30-80fps most of the time. Never lower than 30 though.

I can't remember my exact fps online but it was much smoother without the bots (probably 45fps minimum). I know the framerates didn't fluctuate too much. Its just a smooth running game overall.

QUESTION

There's no monthly fee is there? I've been playing and never heard of this until I watched the gametrailers review today then searched and found some news saying to play on live anywhere (against 360) there's a monthly fee. This must have been removed right? I think I'd know but now I'm a little worried.

I mean it's just the same $50/year that I have already paid for my gold 360 live account right?

I haven't played it online in a while.

Playing offline with bots (5 on 5) is pretty fun, but I can see this game getting old pretty fast. There just isnt enough to it.
