Default RMClock questions with C2D

I need someone who knows his way around with this program and preferably has experiences with it and a C2D.

I have a Xeon3060 (=E6600) running on an Asus P5W DH. Now I want to undervolt the CPU in idle to lets say 0.9V. I downloaded a .reg file, that allows me to enter voltages, that are not normally given by RMClock (in my case, a range from 1.162V up to 1.237V). However, any voltage outside that range is not applied.
This is fatal not only for undervolting but also for overclocking, since my CPU is pretested for 3600MHz @1.336V.

Can someone please help me out?
