Crash with CivIV under Wine
I'm currently running Debian SID, with Wine 0.9.33, on kernel 2.6.21. The system arch is AMD64, although Wine is compiled for IA32. My graphics card is a Nvidia 6600 GT, built by XFX.
I'm trying to install and play Civilization IV, patched to version 1.61 under wine on this system (which is a tall order, I understand). However, when the game starts X immediately crashes, and that shouldn't happen under any circumstances. There are a series of NVRM messages in the kernel logs, which are visible in the attached nvidia-bug-report.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
