Default Best bios for eVGA 680i A1.

I'm using the P30 now, but I was wondering if there is a lot of difference between the last bios version and this one in terms of overclockability. I'm kinda stuck at 3.6Ghz 1.5v, watercooled. I think it's the PSU, HX520, that can't keep up. But still I want to rule out everything.
