Default FB and X on same card

Hello all.
I have a basic question.
Can I use my Geforce 4 Ti 4200 card in Twinview mode so, that other output displays framebuffer material (SD video to be specific) and other output has X running on it at the same time? I think this is not possible, because both outputs share the same framebuffer, I guess, but I'd like a confirmation anyway.

Cheers!

In theory, one could create a virtual kernel framebuffer driver
whose content is treated as a texture to be displayed on the
second screen of a multi-screen X-Server (see Appendix P of the
driver README).

I guess a simpler solution would be to load the existing VFB-module,
then create a small X-application that continously reads out the
content of the virtual framebuffer and displays it on the second
X-Screen. However, this would come with a small performance
penalty ...

Anyway, i have never heared of any implementations of these ideas ...

BTW.: if you just like to play back video on the second display, why
you don't configure multiple screens as described in Appendix P
and run xine/mplayer on the second screen? That works pretty nice.
