Default Screen corruption in Serious Sam w/ Ti4600

I get this, in Serious Sam:The Second Encounter.
http://img504.imageshack.us/my.php?i...9369519tu5.jpg

It's on a Gainward Ti4600, with 93.71 drivers. Ive got Vsync enabled, and drives on performance slide.

Any ideas? Card over-heating? The fan is spinning fan, and ive cleaned it out, so it shouldn't be a heat issue. or is it just knackered? It's very old.

Cheers.

I would run no later than say 45.33 or earlier drivers unless your game(s) requires a later driver.

They can be found here:
