Default Dual Head and Fullscreen

Hi,

i'm using the nvidia drivers for my gf4 4200.
I've connected 2 CRTs and it works great, but there's one little problem:
some programs (e.x. Unreal Tournament) start in Fullscreen spreaded over
both Monitors. Is there any switch to tell a specific program on which Screen
it should run?

Thx
Skar

This is a bug in SDL 1.2 (which UT2003/4 and many other games use); not in the NV driver. I've just been discussing it with one of their tech guys. I've been meaning to have a look into fixing SDL, but haven't had time yet.

if you add:
Option "NoTwinViewXineramaInfo" "true"

to your XF86Config file, the SDL codes will work, but annoyingly, all dual-screen aware applications will be told that your screen is really a single screen.

hm, the option is taken, so e.x. every app i take to fullscreen spreads over
both screens, but ut also still spreads over both. with ut i mean unreal
tournament, not ut2003/2004.
but even if it would work, its annoying to give a the xinerama functions
i hope there will be any fix for sdl soon
