So you used the F.38 update then? The reason why i was asking is, it is currently not available due to some problems that it had and just wondering if i should wait for the next version, or continue on looking for possible solutions, hehe

To get my system stable I had to use the previous nVidia drivers, do a bios upgrade and use the kernel. No I still get some freezes of my system, but I think it is some problem with usb, because they mostly happen when I have my usb harddisk plugged in, also kicker freezes for a while when I plug it in.
