So who had the best E3 Conference for 2007?

It would seem that Nintendo didn't have to go all out this year at E3. The have pretty good sales thus far, and one of the things that is being brought up is that a lot of Wii players are just casual gamers, and not hardcore gamers. They probably don't even know that E3 exists, so it is not going to help them by dumping a bunch of money into E3 that could go into other marketing ventures. Sony on the other hand really needs to get the ball rolling, and from what I saw they did a really good job promoting their upcoming titles. I can't wait til Q4 so I can play some of these games.

Sony hit a home run this year @ E3. It was game after game after game after game... you get the idea, and they ALL looked fantastic.

My guess is that Sony will make a turnaround this Christmas season. It is a very big possibility that the PS3 will out pace the Xbox360 this holiday season and will be quite strong in 2008. Lord knows they will have the games to back their system now.

Nintendo.... meh.

MS... well, they have some nice games coming, but the PS3 is about to start running on a rampage.

Three games my son Halo 3, GTA 4 and Madden. All this holiday with two having exclusive 360 material not found on the PS3 and one being exclusive to the 360 that will sell oodles. Sony has a long way to go if they want to play catch up and if you think a few exclusives and a $100 price drop will do it your nuts!

Sony needs to drop the price to $399 for the 60GB model or else they won't make up the sales. I want a PS3 bad because of the fact that there are some good titles coming but I refuse to pay any more than $400 for a console. I don't need BD in my console, no need for built in wireless and I sure as hell don't need an HDMI hookup. Sony needs to give their users choice, not cram crap down our throats.

Just remember these games and you'll see why Microsoft is going to have the best holiday season.

Halo 3
Madden 08
Blue Dragon
Eternal Sonata
GTA 4
Mass Effect

I know I'm missing a few others but you get my point. Most of the games of 07 I want to play are exclusive for 360 or look as good or better on the 360 so why bother with a PS3. I love you Sony and the PS2 kicked ass in majors ways but they let Ken Kutaragi get to ****y with the PS3 and they need to do some major over hauling.

In the end though time will tell who is the ultimate winner but I think it's Microsoft.

I played the demo last night and its really good. It has its unique style and fighting and the animations are fantastic, I already have it on pre-order

So play it before spewing out crap

lol I like that you're counting ninja gaiden, eventhough how long has the xbox had that game for? Yeah it's not completely the same but technically it is.

You're not counting so many games, Assassin's creed, the new Splinter cell, condemned 2. It's not all about exclusives but both exclusives and multi-platform games, and this season MS has the best combination. Not to mention that every multiplatform game has been better on the 360 than ps3.

BB... Killzone 2 is no where near ready for release in 07. If you are looking at PS3 exclusives for 07 then that would be:
Heavenly Sword
Lair
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

UT3 is a PS3 console exclusive but it will also be released on the PC.

BTW I got a chance to play Blue Dragon and the game is really great. It has that old school feel but the graphics are surprisingly clean and well animated. I suggest that anyone doubting this game should try and play the available demo before passing judgment. I was also skeptical but the demo really opened my eyes. RPG fans will LOVE Blue Dragon!

OK I looked it up. I also see

and I believe that Sony will have Warhawk available for download on the PSN before 08 ready (not sure about that though).
