Is this a good idea? Whenever I use Rivatuner with beta drivers on my 8800 gtx it doesn't give me the option to test out the clocks before applying them. This kind of worries me. I overclocked my card to 615/1100 and it crashed after playing Oblivion for 30 minutes.
The core temp on my card now seems to be locked at 60c even at stock speeds?! Before it was 52ish. Anyway, is it better to use non beta drivers when overclocking AND if so , what are some good drivers to overclock with?
