Default Greater loading CPU state (system) after activation "Sync to VBlank".

After assignment of value "Sync to VBlank"=1, 3D programs can be started only once...
Because, restart 3D programs, increases loading the CPU states (system).

And if "Vsync" to establish in "Beryl", in the beginning works of the program, loading of system is not great, but after a while, loading of system (for example, at rotation of a cube) to become very high. More often it can be observed if to restart "beryl", not restarting "Xorg".
