Have to mention the the Frame rates, its just awesome, at higher resolution and max settings you get the best playable FPS count..

i would give it 8.2/10
I think its running even smoother than GRAWI for me , but that probably because i upgraded from a 4800+ to a E6700 since then.

I'm on the last mission now and I'm not very excited to play this game any more at this point.

Seems GRIN wanted to forget this is suppose to be a tactical game on this last level and turned it into a lightening, hair trigger shoot out or something.

Just stupid hard with odds totally against you right at the start. Lame.

Naaa, I still run the 4800+ and I see the same things. My major upgrade since GRAW1 was to get the 8800GTX over the 7800GTX-SLI I had last year. Its the 8800GTX, better drivers and the game optimizations to GRAW2 that made the difference.

Once you can actually "land" and your team survives, save the same and put your team on hold. Then take out the bad guys with a grenade launch or two and then send in your guys. Thats what I did and it worked.

Nice for telling me. I was almost going to pick up the game yesterday which is only $30, but I knew I'm not gonna like it so why waste money.

Is there any chance that we will get some graphics mod to improve the game's visual quality?

360 has a really nicely detailed guy right in front of you, but have lower textures on the rest of the map, which is a bit simpler and less complicated, but also has flashier eye candy lighting effects. Gameplay leans more to arcade.

The PC has higher textures/filtering overall for everything in the map, bigging and more complicated maps, and more toned and subtle lighting effects. Gameplay leans more to tactical. (BTW, there are multiplayer maps that look very green and tropical lush)

Its two different games.

I can't believe they are calling the game too hard.. I'm playing on hard, and I'm thinking perhaps I should have started one notch above.
