Default No Drivers for 8600M GS, why??

Ubuntu vs my notebook!!
I like new drivers by my 8600M for Linux

The problem is Ubuntu or Drivers 100.14.11?
As you can see there (link) your GPU is supported.

so as it seems you still have running an xserver, you have to exit the xserver before you can install the driver.
